When will my order arrive?

All small - middle sized, framed and unframed Fine Art Prints (`Landscapes´) are produced depending on how you are located. Dispatch times vary between different locations, but typically they are shipped within 24-48 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The large, framed and unframed Fine Art prints (`Net of Life´) plus `Metamorphosis´ are shipped from Germany.

For Original Artworks: Please allow up to two weeks for your original artwork to be prepared, carefully packaged and shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including tracking details and updates to determine when your package is expected to arrive.

Packaging

How is my Original Artwork packaged?

Original Artworks come unframed, signed on the back and with a certificate of Authenticity. They are packed in solid boxes, protected by water resistant plastic sheets, put between two thick cartoons, protected again by water resistant sheets and corner protection, so that they arrive in pristine condition.

Wherever possible I use recycled and FSC-certified material that can be recycled again.

How are small-middle sized Prints packaged?

The framed `Landscapes´ Prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box made from recycled materials.

Unframed `Landscapes´ Prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes, unless they are 15x20cm and being delivered in the UK, or A4 or smaller and being delivered in mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).

How are the large Prints packaged?

My large framed ´Net of Life´ plus `Metamorphosis´ Prints are secured between two sturdy cardboards wrapped tightly with a stretch foil. Each Artwork is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

All unframed `Net of Life´ plus `Metamorphosis´ Prints will arrive hand rolled in protective tissue paper and extra thick cardboard tubes.

The Print Company guaranties maximum protection with a secure speciality packaging, the safest packaging on the market. With a damage rate lower than 1%, there’s no need to worry!

How are the Art Cards with a Message packaged?

The Art Cards come secured in the white Luxury Box. The Box is then safely wrapped in the best cardboard- mailer that exists on the market for a delicate product like this. It is extra sturdy thanks to double material layers, FSC-certified, 100% recyclable and produced locally in Austria.

Returns

Returning a Print:

All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable.

Of course, if a print arrives damaged, you will get a new one. Please inspect your order upon reception and make photos of the damage immediately, then contact me within 48hours at mail@christinamariacarla.com.

Another note: due to colours varying slightly from PC’s, Mac’s and Phones, the colours in your artwork may vary slightly to what you see on your screen.

Returning a Set of Luxury Art-Cards:

If you want to return a Set of Art-Cards, it has to be in it’s original packaging, within the tissue-paper and with the sticker & the small Card. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact me directly at mail@christinamariacarla.com.
Items sent back to me without first getting in contact with me, will not be accepted.
Please note that you have to pay the shipping costs to send the package back. It's recommended to retain proof of postage, and always send the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged.

Exchanges:
 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact me at mail@christinamariacarla.com to start the process.

Returning Original Artwork:

Please feel free to contact me directly, if you are unsure about buying a specific original artwork, or if you have doubts whether or not it´s the right thing for your home. I have a very good eye for interiour design, it`s another passion of mine, and would love to help you out with this. It´s better to do this before buying and returning it, as Original artworks are very precious, one-of-a-kind products, and it is not recommended to have them shipped around the world a lot :-).

If you have purchased one of my pieces and it simply isn't right, please feel free to contact me within 3 weeks after receiving, and I´d be happy to take the item back, of course.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When a shipment arrives damaged:

If a Fine Art Print or a Set of Art-Cards arrives damaged, you will get a new one. Please inspect your order upon reception and make photos of the damage immediately, then contact me within 48 hours at mail@christinamariacarla.com

If an Original arrives damaged, please do the same: make photos of the damage immediately, then contact me within 48 hours, and we will work out a solution!

When you’ve received the wrong item:

If you have received the wrong item, I will take it back and send you the right one. I will take care of all additional costs of shipping.

Refund

When do I get my refund?

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
